According to Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers, this new project marks the beginning of an expansion into waterfront developments. The company aims to meet the demand from investors who prefer resort-style communities and affordable prices. The Samana Lake Views Project boasts several key features, such as private pools in all apartments and smart home technology. Additional amenities include kids’ pools, leisure pool decks, barbeque areas, sports facilities, cabana areas, and more.
Imran Farooq also highlights the potential for rental income and capital appreciation in their properties, which appeals to both UAE expatriates and international investors. The Samana Lake Views complex in Dubai Production City offers a convenient 8-year payment plan, a five-year post-handover plan, and flexible monthly instalments. Prices for the apartments start from Dh639,000, making homeownership more accessible for buyers. Samana investors can also expect an attractive 8% return on investment.
