This new real estate development, worth Dh3.5 billion, will consist of 1,146 residential villas exclusively for UAE Nationals. The project is being managed by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure and the ICT Real Estate Development Company. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Sheikh Khaled emphasized that this residential project reflects the government’s dedication to providing high-quality housing that caters to the needs of Emirati families in Abu Dhabi. The aim is to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life, while also promoting social stability to support the ongoing development of the emirate.
The Yas Canal residential project is a public-private partnership, with the ICT Real Estate Development Company taking the lead in designing, constructing, and developing the necessary infrastructure. The Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure will supervise the project. The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority is responsible for managing the sales of residential units allocated to UAE Nationals.
Covering an area of 1.8 square kilometres, the Yas Canal residential project will include villas, three mosques, a school, and a gym. Additionally, there will be various amenities and shops spread across 10,000 square meters. The project offers three to six-bedroom villas, ranging from 350 to 525 square meters, on plots ranging from 600 to 780 square meters.
UAE citizens who are eligible for housing loans from the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority will have the opportunity to purchase villas within the Yas Canal residential project. The project also boasts a diverse range of architectural designs. This new launch in the real estate market of Dubai is set to provide attractive property options for UAE Nationals.
